This little Chinese delight is a favourite in my house. My husband came back from a trip to Malaysia a few years ago with a healthy addiction to these things. I understand why. A fluffy, slightly sweet dough encases a delicious char-siu pork centre. They're tasty, they're filling, and they appear to be very easy to make - which is good since they're a pain to find in a traditional Australian Supermarket. Anyhow, here is a link to the recipe:
