Stop bragging and get to work!

I have a lot of characters in World of Warcraft, but none get more action in a PvE environment than my beloved Druid. She's not an amazing druid, by any means -- hell, there's even a thread on MMO-Champion dissecting my terrible playstyle -- but she has learned from the experience and she gets the job done. I'm proud that I'm at a point in my healing career where I've mastered mana management without sacrificing the lives of nine other raiders. To me, that's what healing is about -- the boss dies with minimal player casualties.

With the shackle of Guild Master gone from around my neck, I can finally get something off my chest that has been bugging me for the entirety of this raiding tier. If your only focus as a healer is to be on top of the charts, do us all a favour and re-roll DPS. Seriously. Your job is to heal smart and keep people alive; not snipe heals and OOM yourself in a race to the top of the douchebag charts.

Let me lay it out like this, healers in my guild. Once again, our Wednesday group has taken a blow. This time though, you don't have me to work hard behind the scenes to make sure it all gets resolved. Sure, I'll continue to be the one constant on the team, but I'm not happy with being partnered up with people that just don't care. It's affecting my own care factor.

I don't want to hear the healer with the best gear groan in vent when asked to do the job they were recruited for. I would like to work with players who actually want to be there in a healer capacity. I want us to be a team who work together to make sure we're all being as effective as possible. If I wanted to be a part of the Recount pissing contest, I'd play my rogue. So, if you could all please get your shit together and decide what role you want to do, that would be swell. I'm really looking forward to having healers I can work with.
