Today is the day that every World of Warcraft nerd has been waiting for. The press embargo that was stopping fan-sites from publishing all the juicy information they were privy to at Blizzard's Media Conference earlier this month was lifted today at 12.01am PST.
I've only had a small window of opportunity to glance over the truly big announcements to come out of it, so I can only give my first impressions for the moment. Hopefully I'll kick this cold in the butt soon enough to delve into more detail!
- Overthrowing Garrosh Hellscream is most definitely something I am excited for! I really hate that guy...
- The Pandarean Female is insanely adorable.
- We finally get our long awaited 11th Character slot.
- What we're not getting are new character model updates. This makes me sad. However, we are getting AoE looting, LFR for all level 90 raids, cooking specialisations, and so much more!
The usual fan-sites of choice such as MMO-Champion, WoW Insider, Wowhead News, as well as the World of Warcraft Community Site are all updated with a tonne of information. Since my mental capacity is so low tonight, I'll definitely be hitting up Game Breaker and watching their videos as well.
